Wonderful to be invited by AXI Studio to help them with the stunning transformation of a commercial workspace communal area; 101 Embankment's reception area was the focus for the refurbishment
AXI Studio cleverly redefined the whole open plan space with a new mezzanine level, lounge area and interior design which includes custom made trees and plants.
a custom installation
Two bespoke trees measuring almost 3m each in height were created using sandblasted Manzanita wood and artificial Camellia for the foliage. These were then secured into the client's built-in circular seating and complimented with artificial Cymbidium plants to the tree bases.
The remainder of our help with the project was the installation of a wide variety of artificial plants, some into built-in troughs behind booth seating and others in floor-standing clusters which were planted into contrasting cream containers.
Species were varied for added visual appeal and included Asplenium, Dieffenbachia, Kentia Palm, Dracaena and Ficus Elastica.
