Luxury Residential
Berkeley Group Plc
We recently had an exciting new opportunity to work with property developer, Berkeley Group Plc on their latest residential project in Slough, Berkshire
The restoration and redevelopment of the former Horlicks factory into a stylish collection of apartments, penthouses and houses, to be known as Horlicks Quarter
Plant benefits
Horlicks Quarter's vast communal internal atrium was the main focus for our project involvement
The client's custom built metal planters required multiple layers of live planting from low surface covering plants and shrubs to 8m tall trees to take real advantage of the atrium's natural light and towering height.
Multiple troughs installed upon the ground, first, second and third floors were filled with a variety of FR treated replica plants continuing the green theme.
The communal location for all the plants installed will mean max biophilic benefits are achieved for all residents and visitors to Horlicks Quarter
