Brainlabs Digital
A new and exciting opportunity for us to work with global digital marketing company, Brainlabs. Located in central London on the 12th floor, their brand new workspace with stunning views across the London skyline, needed an interior to match. And being a ‘creative’ business, Brainlabs had already visualised how they wanted their new space to look and feel, so drawings and CGI's were duly emailed to our Design Director Jessica at the very beginning of the process.
Plants are already well studied for their capacity to improve physical, mental and psychological well-being, so for a business which requires creative thinking and a stimulated, happy workforce, the installation of copious amounts of beautifully arranged Green Infrastructure is a very fitting addition.
Brainlabs' new workspace Reception area included circular seat furniture which housed a container space in the centre. This was planted with live Kentia Palm, Ficus Lyrata, Ferns and more.
And above the circular seating, a feature hoop light was dressed with trailing artificial plant varieties to merge with the live plants directly below.
A wide variety of live plant specimens were placed in clusters throughout the scheme including Areca palm, Rhapsis palm, Strelitzia, Schefflera, Philodendron... and the containers varied in shape and colour (black and grey).
They also varied in height dependent on their location and some of the tallest measured almost two and a half metres.
Unique to Brainlabs' workspace interior was a sensory room too, a break-out space for teams to utilise away from their more usual desk space.
This space holds the highest concentration of Green Infrastructure for major impact.
And again, consists of a seamless blend of both live and artificial plants.
We love having the chance to work with new clients across the country and if required, can happily regularly maintain any live planting schemes we install wherever our client is based.
