Bruntwood Liverpool Science Park
Bruntwood Liverpool Science Park
An investment by Bruntwood SciTech has meant that Liverpool Science Park and their Sciontec Partners are now the proud owners of a stunningly refurbished building. Located in Liverpool's Knowledge Quarter, the building known as IC1 now incorporates many new features that have the occupant's/visitor's mental health and well-being at the fore and includes masses of green infrastructure which besides looking beautiful, will also increase biodiversity.
This was a fantastic project that included the installation of two HYVERT Living Walls (external 4 sqm / internal 36 sqm) and an internal planting scheme that mixed live and artificially plants brilliantly.

Client Testimonial
Our HYVERT living wall has become a popular addition to LSP’s main entrance and it is fantastic to discover just how much this green infrastructure has been contributing to the sustainability credentials at LSP over the past two years.
We’ve found that our living wall has positively impacted upon airborne pollution filtration, sound absorption, rhizoremediation, insulation, and carbon capture within our innovation centre, which is benefitting all users of the building.
