As members of the World Green Building Council, Assura plc have committed to only owning, occupying and developing net zero carbon assets by 2030. In keeping with this environmental strategy, they recently moved their HQ from Warrington to 3 Barrington Road premises in Altrincham.
With plans to renovate and refurbish, to make it a modern and welcoming environment, while also boosting the environmental performance of the building and well-being amenity for their staff. The planting scheme for Assura plc consisted of purely live varieties both internally and externally with the new introduction of a HYVERT living wall too.
