SELFRIDGES

Fantastic to be working in a retail setting again, this time for fabulous Selfridges and their collaboration with Grateful Dead's 'Shakedown Garden' organic cotton merchandise. With no shortage of Selfridges shoppers in normal trading hours, the best time to complete this installation was when the store was closed. This Grateful Dead visual merchandising project included two Selfridges stores; London and Manchester and both projects were commenced and completed late on a Sunday evening, into the early hours of the next day.

The London store has incorporated one of our stunning custom-made trees with real Ghostwood trunk and and an abundance of Adianthum foliage individually attached to the branches. Further preserved moss was attached to the trunk to provide even greater texture and interest. To comply with Fire Regulations, the wood and foliage were both fire treated too.

Meanwhile, Selfridges Manchester 'Grateful Dead' opted for a variety of lush live plants in terracotta pots and black containers.

These beautiful air-cleansing, living plants will be regularly maintained by our Service Technicians and have been selected based on their ability to thrive away from large amounts of natural daylight.

And these Aglaonoma and Lyrata plants look great clustered together.

Do get in touch if you'd like to add some striking biophilic 'visual merchandising' finishing touches to your retail business.
