Bruntwood

The Plaza

Working with Bruntwood and design studio Phaus, we were excited to help to transform The Plaza on Old Hall Street Liverpool into a thriving new communal workspace.

Adhering to Bruntwood's key pillars for workspace design; amenity, art, biophilia, sustainability, technology and wellbeing, The Plaza has become another stunning Bruntwood 'Pioneer' building.

60's Heritage

The interior design scheme within the communal areas respectfully pays homage to the building's age, but place one foot inside the new lobby area and it's instantly apparent that it's now catering perfectly for the modern day needs of it's new community and visitors.

From the Lobby and Communal Lounge areas, lush live planting displays are visible in every corner and contrast beautifully with the vibrant orange soft furnishings.

Our project involvement also extended to other areas of the building including Bruntwood's first workspace restaurant, Nord, and even a private roof terrace.

A multidisciplinary project

Besides the live plant displays, we were also delighted to be commissioned to install a hyvert living wall too.

Both HYVERT and all the live plant displays will now benefit from our professional plant aftercare service ensuring The Plaza building's key pillars of biophilia and wellbeing remain at the fore.
