HYVERT in the news (again)!

We’re proudly now featured on the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GM Green City) website.

Talking about our HYVERT installation for @Bruntwood Foundation in Altrincham and how it’s playing a part in Greater Manchester’s long-term environmental vision – to be carbon neutral by 2038.

HYVERT Foundation is designed to absorb over 450 kg of carbon per year, supports 125 invertebrate species, serving as a habitat and food source for various urban wildlife, including bats and birds and dampens up to 9.3db of sound on average, helping the occupants inside experience a quieter space and also benefits passers by as the plants help dampen the sound that would have previously reflected off the brick wall.

The article also talks about how this was successfully achieved via our ongoing and award-winning Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University.

We’re KTP Winners!

At the end of November our MD, Richard and Head of R&D, Joseph, headed down to Birmingham along with our fabulous academic KTP partners at Manchester Metropolitan University, to attend the Innovate UK 2024 Awards. Excitingly, our Innovate UK Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) was shortlisted in two awards categories; 'Changing the World' and 'Best KTP'.

We've recently commissioned a production company to capture drone footage from two recent HYVERT projects. It's literally a 'bird's eye view' of why HYVERT looks so appealing to biodversity from up high.

Bruntwood Scitech West Village – An epic custom installation!

40360…. this was the staggering TOTAL number of plants and trees used to help transform West One Estate in Leeds into Bruntwood Sci-Tech West Village. And we were delighted to be invited back to West Village for the official launch too.

Wow! We’ve just seen the images for ROC England which took place in Windermere last weekend, it looked incredible. We even made it to the top of Scafell Pike with one of our installations acting as a cairn marker!

Manchester Academy Plant Donations
