Here at I Want Plants, we are no strangers to working with top-class restaurateurs; but we usually get to see the restaurant we are fitting out before installation day.
Not so when the eatery is in the Atlantic Ocean, just 19 miles from France.
Michelin-starred Bohemia Bar and Restaurant is located on Jersey’s south coast. And while our brief might have been straightforward, to transform its already-impressive entrance hall and make it well, even more impressive, the task was a little more daunting to say the least.
Using just pictures and plans alone, we came up with a scheme to fit the contemporary styling of this award-winning restaurant. Shipping off pallets from our Hale-base and sending a team by plane to meet the boat at the other end was a first for us. But it was most certainly worth it.
The restaurant now boasts two artificial blossom trees, complete with sweeping blossom ceiling directly above the entrance to welcome diners, as well as an abundance of Pom Pom trees throughout.
