Custom Installations Installer (NEW)
We are looking for someone to join our custom installations team.
Every day offers a different experience, including creating 3m replica trees, planting live and replica plants and installing green walls. (You will be given guidance and support from an experienced team.)
General Tasks
- Loading and unloading of company vehicles ready for installations
- Positioning of plants and displays in correct locations
- Use of tools and equipment – job relevant
- Helping production team
Skills Required
- Ability to work as part of team
- Labour / Joinery experience
- Horticulture experience not necessary but preferred
- Driving licence
- CSCS Certificate – not necessary but preferred
- Self Motivated
- Ability to think on your feet
The role will involve travelling the country and early starts/staying away when required (expenses and overtime will be paid).
Production Technician (NEW)
Based at our Commercial Nursery HQ, the role will vary from day to day but in the main will be to support both our Horticultural and Site/Warehouse/Production teams.
Tasks include assisting with HYVERT living wall production, taking deliveries, keeping our commercial nursery tidy, cleaning the vehicle fleet and other ad hoc horticultural duties.
The nature of the role means a good level of fitness would be helpful and don’t worry if you’re lacking in plant knowledge, we can teach that.
A positive attitude is a must alongside a willingness to learn.
Aftercare Assistant – part time (3/4 days per week)
We’re looking for a new person to join our friendly team.
Based at our busy HQ, the role will be to support our Plant Aftercare Manager who coordinates all the extensive plant aftercare requirements on behalf of our clients.
Tasks will include:
- Scheduling and allocating jobs on the IWP app
- Chasing IWP service team paperwork
- Compiling figures for the weekly report
- Ensuring plant aftercare products remain fully stocked
- Adding new orders to the system
- Booking tool-box talks and monthly team catch-ups
- Dealing with any vehicle fleet issues should they arise
- Booking in team member training courses
- Booking in additional machinery when required
- Processing site access approvals and RAMS
- Adding new jobs to the IWP app
- Assigning job sheets
- Booking hotel accommodation when required
Plant Aftercare and Service Technician
We have a new vacancy in our Plant Aftercare and Service team so we’re on the lookout for more plant lovers!
Ideally you’ll already have horticultural experience, be organised, a can-do attitude and a clean driving licence.
Our commercial clients are predominantly within the work-space and hospitality Sectors so you will also need to possess excellent customer care skills.
One day you could be nurturing tropical plants on a roof-top garden and the next, tending plants within a huge living wall!
